Water is exceptionally good for your body and your health, but it’s easy to forget to drink enough. That’s why this spa water is perfect! It jazzes up plain ol’ water, and makes it more tantalizing. And by making water more flavorful, you up the chances that you’ll drink it!

Spa Water – Imagine the Possibilities

First, start with the cleanest water you can find, from a local spring or reverse osmosis water or even filtered water.

Next, give your water the spa treatment. Do you put cucumbers on your eyes? Well, then add them to your water!

You can use any fruits and veggies you’d like, but here are some great combinations for warm weather:

  • Cucumber + Mint
  • Fresh Rosemary + Lemon
  • Orange + Rosemary
  • Cucumber + Lemon + Orange
  • Lemon + Lime + Orange
  • Grapefruit + Pineapple + Lemon + Mint

Simply chop up your produce and put it in a liter of water. Let it sit overnight or for a few hours, at least, changing the fruit and veggies every 24 hours. If you use berries, make sure you macerate them a little bit so the juice and nutrients get into the water.

Et Voilà!  Spa Water!  Enjoy the fresh hydration!

But why is hydration so important, you ask? Well, as David Wolfe often says, “The solution to pollution is dilution.” Hydrating with fresh, boosted water — like spa water — gives you that extra boost to your health. It’s also key to detoxification.

So drink up!
