Hungry? Well, this filling and satisfying vegan blueberry protein shake packs 15 grams of protein and is perfect post-workout. In fact, it’s so delicious, you’ll want to work out again just to have another!

What’s In A Vegan Blueberry Protein Shake?

The main source of protein comes from hemp seeds, a complete plant-based protein that’s easy to digest and contains anti-inflammatory omega-3s, which are much needed after a workout. It’s also a good source of iron.

Additional protein comes from the chia seeds and almond butter, which also helps create that yummy smoothie creaminess. To round it out, blueberries and banana add fiber and antioxidants–not to mention flavor–while coconut oil adds a little extra healthy fat.

So this blueberry protein shake will not only help repair your muscles after a workout but also keep you fueled for hours. If you think about it, a vegan blueberry protein shake would be awesome for breakfast, too.
