Oxy-Powder

Remove Unwanted Guests (RUG)
RUG is a powerful formula, so if you are sensitive to herbs or have a sensitive stomach, please be mindful and go slowly. Remember: Slowly Is Holy!
Suggested Dosage for Removing Unwanted Guests:
Take RUG with food twice a day. For those with hardy digestion, you can also try RUG on an empty stomach twice a day, but ideally, take RUG capsules with food.
- Day One: 1-2 Capsules
- Day Two: 3-4 Capsules
- Day Three: 5-6 Capsules
Additional Instructions for Men
For the next two weeks: 8-10 capsules daily, divided. So that’s 4-5 capsules in the morning and 4-5 capsules in the evening.
For a parasite cleanse, the minimum is 5 caps daily, and the maximum is 10 caps daily. The dosage will depend on YOUR body.
If you see parasites, then continue RUG for up to 100 days for a full cleanse.
Instructions for Women
For the next two weeks: 6 capsules daily, divided. So that’s 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening.
For a parasite cleanse, the minimum is 4 caps daily, and the maximum is 6 caps daily. The dosage will depend on YOUR body.

* RUG is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and is not recommended for kids. The maximum dosage for women is 6 capsules a day.
Pro Tips for taking RUG:
Go through at least one bottle. If you see ANY parasites come out the other end, then commit to consuming 3 more bottles of RUG over the next 100 days, taking some each day.
Remember to stay hydrated while using RUG, and monitor bowel function maintaining 2-3 movements each day.
Be sure to eat fiber-rich plant food such as fruits and especially vegetables when taking RUG.
Important: If you feel nauseous or lethargic after taking RUG, reduce dosage or discontinue use.
Oxy-Powder
Oxy-Powder is a powerful colon cleanse. According to the label instructions, you take 4 capsules after dinner.
But that can be a lot for some people!
So here is a way to find out which daily dose is best for you. Start by taking 1-2 capsules at bedtime for a few days, then take 3, and then 4, if needed.
According to Dr. Group at Global Healing, you should have 2-3 bowel movements before Noon the next day. This ensures the oxy-powder is doing what it’s supposed to: clearing out your colon.
Too much of this type of Magnesium can cause watery stool – and even some “emergencies” where you have to be close to a washroom – so make sure you don’t take it right before heading out to run errands.
Kohlbitr Activated Charcoal
You can take charcoal either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Just be sure you take the charcoal 4 hours apart from any medications and superfoods / superherbs!
For example, if you have medications you have to take in the morning, then you can take charcoal at night – 100%. A lot of customers take it at night because they find it easier to take it last thing instead of having to calculate the correct times.
And please be sure to drink plenty of water! The more charcoal you consumer, the more water you need to keep everything flowing.
- Beginners: 1-3 capsules Kohlbitr Activated Charcoal
- Intermediate: 2-4 capsules Kohlbitr Activated Charcoal
- Advanced: 5-7 capsules Kohlbitr Activated Charcoal
