Chocolate truffles sure sound fancy, but this recipe takes less than 5 minutes to make, Not only that, they’re the perfect guilt-free Valentine’s Day gift. Made with the best high-quality ingredients, you may even start making them year ’round!

Unfortunately, store-bought truffles are often loaded with dairy and sugar. These chocolate truffles, on the other hand, use just three ingredients: cocoa, dates, and coconut. There’s no refined sugar in there. And the dates provide fiber, so you won’t feel as tempted to eat the whole batch as you would with truffles made of refined ingredients.

Here’s the recipe:

Easy Chocolate Truffles

Time: 5 min

3 tbs. cacao powder

1 1/2 cups pitted dates

3 tbs. unsweetened shredded coconut

  3. Choose a topping, sprinkle it onto parchment paper, and roll date ball in it to coat.
