2. Apple Cider Vinegar
Many people swear by apple cider vinegar as a cure for their illnesses and ailments. Wellness Mama explains that it’s a great remedy for allergies because it reduces mucous production while cleansing the lymphatic system. Simply drink a full glass of water with one teaspoon of organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. Drink this mixture three times a day when you feel your allergy symptoms arising.
3. Locally Produced Honey
Dr. Mercola recommends consuming locally produced honey regularly to develop a natural immunity to local allergens. Here’s why it works: Bees pick up pollen spores when they pollinate plants. These pollen spores can then be found in the honey bees produce. When you consume honey, you’re essentially taking an allergy vaccine against local pollens. This can increase your immune system’s resistance against allergies!
4. Kombucha and Kefir
