You forgot Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have had weekly flareups (a.k.a my fingers swell to double their size and feel like someone is slamming a hammer down on the joints) for 4 years now. 5 months ago someone told me to try mixing 1 tbsp of ACV (braggs) and 1 tbsp of honey in a small glass of water and drink it 2-3 times a day. Not a single flare up since I started. I don’t care who says it’s an old wives tale, it works like magic and I no longer live on Advil.

    Hello all, I have to join in here because I am new to this ACV stuff. But will tell you my results hopefully help someone else. About a month ago I could not sleep as usual on Facebook and it was a video popped I talking about ACV and helping kick start your matabolism for weight loose. So thought I try every pill out there let’s try something natural. So started taking 1Tbls ACV 1Tbls fresh lemon juice 8oz water and a pinch of sea salt. Well here is where it gets interesting. I have suffered from bad bursitis in my hip for about 3 years. Where it causes my to limo at times then causing tendinitis in the top of foot. Some nights wakes me up crying it hurts so bad like a Charlie horse in your hip and foot that won’t rub out. So about a good week after starting the ACV I start noticing my hip pain not hurting as much foot still hurt so weird. Now I am about 3 weeks in and no hip pain or foot pain at all. I’m a believer. In the last 3 years I have had X-rays, ultra sound went to physical therapy and chiropractor not relief at all. Not to mention rounds of predizone. Cortisone shots etc. nothing every helped now this home remedy and a Miricle. Told me sister fighting with her sugar been taking it a week 1/2 and her sugar went from running in the 200’s every morning to the 70’s. So it’s worth a try. Good luck

I used this to CURE my strep throat – this stuff is no joke.

When i had really bad strep throat i combined two remedies salt & apple cider vinegar:

1 spoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 spoon of salt into a glass of water 8-12oz maybe more and i would:

Gargle three times each time for 10 seconds then after spitting it out each time on the second and third time after i spit i’d drink alittle bit like an ounce, Did this two times a day and it was almost instantaneous relief on the 2nd day the strep throat was gone.

      I wasn’t diagnosed with “strep throat” i had that a couple times as a kid and was diagnosed then so i know what it feels like – So through experience i KNOW i had strep throat & this remedy i put forth cured it.

        Same here. I used a combo of Garlic, AVC, Vitamin C and Tylenol (for fever) to cure my strept. And you are correct. If you have it once in your life you won’t ever forget the pain.

    I used this to gargle with water and raw honey to also cure my most recent case of strep throat! I’ve now begun to drink this with water, raw honey and ginger each morning to prepare for the oncoming winter season. TOTAL GAME CHANGER!! :)

well people will always nasay anything not approved by the bought and paid for researchers . But I’m putting in my two cents anyway. I am 52 at age 50 June of 2015 I fell from 29 feet and had a broken back ,skull fractures ,and a crushed right arm that required over 8 hours of surgery to rebuild. Then is Sept 2015 I had a heart attack from all the stress , I had no insurance or workmans comp because I was a contractor. So that’s the background.
Since Sept 2015 I have used only home remedies Apple sider vinegar , vitamin b12 complex , fish oils, co q10, and a few others. now one year later my heart is in great shape. I’m still loosing weight slowly, and the arthritis from breaking my wrists at least 3 times in the past, (another story about a young guy that would climb or jump anything.) are thing of the past. I am in better health than ever and it is because of home remedies. This stuff works.

My friend just told me about the advantages…he states he drinks 2 spoonful’s a days….he said make a “concoction” add honey, lemon whatever…so I made a hot cup of water, added, lemon, olive oil, cinnamon and honey along with 2 teaspoonful’s of ACV…my belly feels better in less than an hour!!

Im working to lose weight ive got much fat on belly i have taste of salt in mouth yuck. So now acv apple cider vinegar daily i just dont exercise enough which is dumb not motivated but i keep positive thinking in my mind daily

I read these comments. Its same with me im 65 i take home remedies my family very upset cause im not seeing a doc but i hate side affects then i hear about how people can settle in court on this med that messed you up! To me it dumb so i stick with home remedies acv vitamins home remedies are fine they save your health. Im onese due to childhood issues sweets was my bad but i changed me inside thru faster eft RobertGSmith & JohnAssaraf he said think positive daily it outdoes neg feelings inside yes!!????

I had eczema on my upper back. Tried cortisone cream over the counter and prescription , anti fungal ointments and plain lotions. I started taking one tsp of apple cider vinegar and one tsp of honey in half a cup of warm water. At the same time, I stopped all the prescription ointments, It didn’t even take a week and my eczema is gone. I am a RN and couldn’t believe how taking this concoction cleared it.
