Summer is almost here, and that means we will be wearing a lot less clothes. Someone once said to me that in order to feel comfortable in the world, you first have to feel comfortable in your skin.

The practice of yoga does just that, it gets you to soften into and learn to love your body from the inside out. Today, I want to share a sequence with you that will help you firm up your core, so that you can feel more comfortable in your skin, no matter what the season!

Give it a try, but remember that you’re the captain of your own ship. If something doesn’t feel right, please don’t do it.
