Hi David
I attended your presentation in Auckland, New Zealand and purchased your Longevity Program. I am finding the program excellent. I have a question regarding water. I found and have been drinking water from the natural spring in the Kaimi Rangers, 2 hours south of Auckland, that you mentioned, but on having the water tested for pH find a level of 5.4. I am told I should be drinking water in the alkaline range of 7.4 or over.
Can you please comment on this.

Thank you

I would first have him do a detox of the major organs. It may sound complicated but its real simple.

Cleanse the colon. His body is not comfortable and there seems to be internal stress going on. If he has a Large tummy he should remove all the undigested and old matter out. You can visit the website as it will help. He also has asthma. his body is trying to detox and the lungs are a detoxifying channel.

Another cleanse is a liver cleanse. This is progressive and is very simple. By cleansing these two organs the body will cope better.
We cannot rely o raw food alone but must implement a cleansing process. Hw will find continual improvement n his condition. You can email me anytime.

Hi David,

I am very excited about changing my diet to eating raw foods. My husband and I started at Christmas. I eat raw foods for breakfast and lunch and any snack. My husband eats raw foods for breakfast. I need your help. My husband has many health issues. At age 58 he has tightness in his chest, a lot of joint and muscle aches, he's over weight in the tummy, sleep apnea, he has a hard time staying a sleep each night, and back in June he underwent bladder cancer He also has asthma. He currently sees many, many doctors, but although the cancer is gone, no one can seem to tell him what is wrong with him regarding the other health issues. I am slowly getting him to understand the importance (for what I know) of eating a raw diet. He is a chemistry professor so he needs research. I have purchased one of your books and am currently waiting for its arrival. Any help you can give us would be truly appreciated.

Hi David,

My name is Billy Levinson. I am 19 years old and I live a very healthy lifestyle. I am looking to become a raw food vegan. My main question is, does a vegan have to take a vitamin B-12 supplement? Does sprouted, "Live" food have B-12 that can be absorbed by humans? I am very against taking supplements of any kind because I believe that they are unnatural for the body. What have you learned over the years? Also, I know you are against eating animal products of any kind because of the mega-industrial complex that feeds the animals poison and in turn creates poisonous food. What about animal products (eggs or dairy) that is completely pasture and naturally raised. These products are known to be very good for human health and provide vitamin B-12. What is your take on this? In addition, what is the purpose of eating exotic "superfoods" that you advertise such as Cacao and Noni or Maqui if one is already eating organic conventional superfoods such as wild blue berries, avocados, kale, sprouted seeds, honey, broccoli, garlic, olive oil? I completely understand that this is your business and that you cannot simply sell an organic heirloom tomatos as a product, but I really wonder what the purpose of these foods are. Are you focused more on pushing the frontiers of human longevity than simply fostering good health. Are there any foods you are researching that can provide humans with vitamin B-12 to make veganism completely viable without supplements. Your response would greatly help on my lifelong quest for perfect health! If this is not forwarded to David please send it to an expert who can address my questions. Thank you very much.
