Hi David,
I love using cacao, but lately i have seen alot of web sites saying it is bad for you. I like your book Naked chocolate and see no problem in cacao, but would like to know your thoughts on this subject.
Thanks,

Hello,
I tried to buy the longevity program. But your sales process refused my order, because I live in Germany and my creditcard is from Germany. The shipping address was also Germany. What do I have to do to receive the program?
Kind regards

Hi David!
I am a fan of your healthy tips, Rochelle did put me on to your site long time ago, I also keep telling my friends about your health tips, I got a book of yours (great book). Are u thinking opening a store in Australia one day?
My friend had fatigue syndrome, the doctors nearly killed her with their medication – she changed to naturally remedies and is nearly healed. I just ring Rochelle when I need to know anything, and she told me if she doesn’t know, she gets in touch with u for answers.

I’ve only just briefly looked at the new site – I do Iike it. Idon’t take this the wrong way but it looks to me ordinary in comparison to the old one which was beautiful …… I’m not trying to be rude, I actually think in this case ordinary is good because as exquisite and beautiful as the other site was it did not feel as accessible as this one and that, considering the subject matter, and how cautious some people can be of adopting a more natural way of life and living, is perfect in my opinion

David,
i am a total believer in the benefits of a raw diet and was a rawist for a couple of years, now i’m back to about 50% raw. anyway, i’ve just become pregnant for the first time and was hoping you would have some good refernces or suggestions to learn more about pre-natal nutrition when you’re coming from a superfood / wholistic perspective. my doctors are quite traditional so i know i wil lhave to find my own way on this path.
many thanks,
maureen

Hello David,
In one of your teleseminars you stated that neem oil diluted with olive oil and massaged into one’d gums would help with gum disease. I have researched this further on the internet and find some warnings about ingesting or using neem oil orally. Please tell me if I understood you correctly and if so the research that lead you to make this suggestion. I would love to find a way to prevent further gingivitis and possibly heal my receding gums that are pulling away from my capped teeth creating fertile space for decay to take hold and extensive future dental work.
Thank you so much for the valuable work you are doing.

Greetings Avacado!
I just graduated from IIN and wanted to thank you for sharing your energy there, everyone was very inspired by you. You received many hoots and hollers whenever your name was mentioned after your talk! You spoke of buying juice rather than doing your own juicing ( not cleaning out the juicer). I wanted to inquire if you recommend a particular brand over another, as I am on a mission to change the food in the Hospital where I work. I would love to hear your suggestions.Much Thanks, Karen

Where can i find the protocol for decalcification?I have been considering increasing my dosage of magnesium and slowing down; possible halting ingesting anymore calcium. I drink horsetail tincture pretty much daily. I am also interested in the continuation of having beautiful long golden brownish hair. I am very much an advocate on mushrooms, mushrooms, mushrooms

love your book, The Sun-Food Diet. Thank you.
Presently, I am reading Gabriel Cousens book, Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine. Oh my, I just begin to feel like I know something about nutrition, and then, find out I don’t know much of anything about it. Cousens says that grains are bad news, and I believe him, but does that mean that the wheatgrass I’ve been growing for 3 yrs is now bad for me because of the possible old age of it ???
Now I can’t have bread either !!! It is difficult to destroy traditions sometimes, do you agree ?
Appreciate anything you can give me for feedback (And shoot, but you are simply gorgeous, what can I say ? )
Best Wishes, Norma

HI.
I bought Sun Food Diet thinking it was a recipe book. You can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was to read the first page. It was the first book that I didn’t skip through and read it from cover to cover. I felt revived and super zen like. For me to be calm and zen-ish is amazing – not a usual occurrence.
Thanks for being yourself and for sharing.
Warmest regards from Amsterdam, Lina

Hey David,
Your longevity now conference the other weekend was the “best thing ever” : ) I was wondering do you have any information out that goes into deep detail about ormus, Chaga and Jiaogulan?
I’ve become very interested in Mushrooms recently as their consumption has been just about the only thing to really improve my health rapidly. I was wondering do you have any information on how to hunt for mushrooms in the wild? I’ve learned how to find chaga in the wild which is one step in the right direction.
Thanks!

I was researching the EDESTIN in Hemp Protein which is a globular protein that helps the body to manufacture hormones. How can someone transitioning to raw vegan / foodist know when such products contains too much hormones for someone that has had cancer, blood clots etc and needs to stay from more hormones? How can we know what we are getting in products that may be determinal to us because it seems you almost have to be a scientist. I read your interview with Federic Patenaude regarding where you can obtain more hormones, so thought you might could help with this concern.
Your reply appreciated.
Thank you……Ann

Hi David,
My name is Billy Levinson. I am 19 years old and I live a very healthy lifestyle. I am looking to become a raw food vegan. My main question is, does a vegan have to take a vitamin B-12 supplement? Does sprouted, “Live” food have B-12 that can be absorbed by humans? I am very against taking supplements of any kind because I believe that they are unnatural for the body. What have you learned over the years? Also, I know you are against eating animal products of any kind because of the mega-industrial complex that feeds the animals poison and in turn creates poisonous food. What about animal products (eggs or dairy) that is completely pasture and naturally raised. These products are known to be very good for human health and provide vitamin B-12. What is your take on this? In addition, what is the purpose of eating exotic “superfoods” that you advertise such as Cacao and Noni or Maqui if one is already eating organic conventional superfoods such as wild blue berries, avocados, kale, sprouted seeds, honey, broccoli, garlic, olive oil? I completely understand that this is your business and that you cannot simply sell an organic heirloom tomatos as a product, but I really wonder what the purpose of these foods are. Are you focused more on pushing the frontiers of human longevity than simply fostering good health. Are there any foods you are researching that can provide humans with vitamin B-12 to make veganism completely viable without supplements. Your response would greatly help on my lifelong quest for perfect health! If this is not forwarded to David please send it to an expert who can address my questions. Thank you very much.

Hi David,
I am very excited about changing my diet to eating raw foods. My husband and I started at Christmas. I eat raw foods for breakfast and lunch and any snack. My husband eats raw foods for breakfast. I need your help. My husband has many health issues. At age 58 he has tightness in his chest, a lot of joint and muscle aches, he’s over weight in the tummy, sleep apnea, he has a hard time staying a sleep each night, and back in June he underwent bladder cancer He also has asthma. He currently sees many, many doctors, but although the cancer is gone, no one can seem to tell him what is wrong with him regarding the other health issues. I am slowly getting him to understand the importance (for what I know) of eating a raw diet. He is a chemistry professor so he needs research. I have purchased one of your books and am currently waiting for its arrival. Any help you can give us would be truly appreciated.

I would first have him do a detox of the major organs. It may sound complicated but its real simple.
Cleanse the colon. His body is not comfortable and there seems to be internal stress going on. If he has a Large tummy he should remove all the undigested and old matter out. You can visit the website as it will help. He also has asthma. his body is trying to detox and the lungs are a detoxifying channel.
Another cleanse is a liver cleanse. This is progressive and is very simple. By cleansing these two organs the body will cope better.
We cannot rely o raw food alone but must implement a cleansing process. Hw will find continual improvement n his condition. You can email me anytime.

Hi David
I attended your presentation in Auckland, New Zealand and purchased your Longevity Program. I am finding the program excellent. I have a question regarding water. I found and have been drinking water from the natural spring in the Kaimi Rangers, 2 hours south of Auckland, that you mentioned, but on having the water tested for pH find a level of 5.4. I am told I should be drinking water in the alkaline range of 7.4 or over.
Can you please comment on this.
Thank you

What do you do with the pulp from juicing? It seems a shame to waste it and it is such a great source of fiber. Is juicing better than just eating fruit?
