I never received the emails giving me passwords and codes for inclusive BDE membership. All in all, there was a lot of false advertising and incompetence. Linda, I just wanted to share that I have had problems getting issues taken care of with this company. In fact it has been one of the most frustrating experiences that I have ever had so based on that note alone, I could not recommend this company to anyone. You are probably going to really have to babysit this problem until it is resolved. Since you were overcharged you might be able to enlist the assistance of your credit card company. I talked to real people from the company and the person that I had to talk to several times had a very heavy Indian accent and I don't think he even knew much about the company.
