    I’ve watched several of David’s videos from longevity conference but I honestly just want to know what do I eat? I don’t eat smoothies or raw right now……where do I start to change eating habits and feel satisfied. I hear a lot of No’s but not how to begin a new way……what do you recommend? If I cut out grains, dairy, meat, anything cooked…..there’s nothing left?! I bought some Tulsi, some coconut cream, some cacao powder and have no idea what to do with them!?

      We recommend the practice of “updgrading” and “adding it in”. Upgrading means whatever you are currently eating, ensure that its the best quality you can procure. Clean, organic, biodynamic, fresh from the garden or farmers market choices are great guidelines. With adding it in, for example, if you make yourself a berry smoothie every morning, you could boost your beverage with some cacao powder & tulsi powder. You could top the smoothie with a dollop of coconut cream. The premise is that you’re taking something that you’re already eating or drinking and adding the goodies in to make it more nutritious and delicious. After a while, all the good stuff you add in begins to crowd out the less favorable stuff.
